Benedikt Wagner
I am a cryptography researcher working at the Ethereum Foundation. In May 2024, I completed my PhD at CISPA Helmholtz Center for Information Security and Saarland University, where I was supervised by Julian Loss. For my dissertation, I obtained the Helmholtz Doctoral Award and the CAST/GI Doctoral Award.
I did my Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, where I received the award for the best graduation at the department of computer science in 2021/2022. For my Bachelor's and Master's Thesis, which were supervised by Jiaxin Pan, I obtained the Sick Science Award for the best thesis in 2019 and 2021.
